How do I add items to my order?
Adding items to your
order is very simple. Each item has an "Add to Cart" button. Simply click
the button to add the item. This will take you to a secure window
containing your shopping cart. From the shopping cart, you can change the
quantity of any item. If you want to keep shopping, simply click the
"Continue Shopping" button.
How do I complete a purchase
online?
When you are ready
to "check out", click on the View Cart tab, located at the top and bottom of any
main product page. This will take you back to your completed shopping cart where
you can finish the checkout process.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will be added to your order if you
live in the state of North Carolina.
What methods of payment do you
accept?
Absolutely
Golden accepts
payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through secure
bank processing. If you have a PayPal account, Absolutely Golden is PayPal
verified and you are offered that processing option as well. If you are not
comfortable processing orders on-line, you can also send your order via mail
with a personal check. Simply fill your shopping
cart and follow the directions for payment by mail. Orders sent by mail will go

Do I have to place my order
online?
No, if you would
like to place your order by mail please you will be given that option during the
checkout process.

shipping methods are available?
Absolutely
Golden orders are shipped via the USPS or UPS. Customers should allow two to ten
days from the date of order for delivery, except where noted. Most orders
are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are delivered within two or three days of shipment. Embroidery
apparel and gift items are custom orders. Allow approximately 3 weeks for
delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Absolutely
Golden determines shipping and handling charges by the amount of your order. For
a schedule of shipping fees, please go to
shipping and returns.
When will I receive my order?
In stock items are
shipped within 48 hours. Most orders are shipped the next business day.
If an item is not in stock, you will receive notice via email and can opt to
delete the item from your order or have it shipped at a later date. Depending on
the delivery type specified, orders can arrive within 2-10 days. If you do not
receive your order within ten days, please e-mail
us.
Please note that
embroidery apparel and gift items are custom orders. Allow
approximately 3 weeks for delivery.
How
do I check on the status of my order or contact you about my order?
When you place
your order you will receive an email confirmation with an order number.
You can check the status of your order at anytime by going to our
Order Status page, and entering your order
number. Please note, you need to enter the Order Number not the
Invoice Number. A link to this page is located at the bottom of each page on our
website.

How do I return an item?
Absolutely Golden
carefully selects its products for their quality and craftsmanship. Items are
selected based on our own experience with our Goldens. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please
e-mail us.
For your protection, we recommend that
you return products using insured mail or insured UPS. Return items must be in
new condition. If an item was damaged during shipment, contact us for a
replacement.
